MLFA provides consulting services for cold regions, sanitary, environmental, and geotechnical engineering for investigation, design and construction projects including dams, mine facilities, pipelines, sanitation facilities, buildings, and other civil structures. Our expertise includes the preparation of documents for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW) investigations; geodetic surveys and mapping; sanitation facilities planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance; and litigation support.
